Haven’t posted anything in three months, apparently.
I started a 1 year long culinary arts program in January. For the past 8 weeks I’ve been a commis chef at a fancy Italian restaurant in town. I don’t think I could do it full-time, but I’m only taking the program to become better at cooking, not with the goal to end up with a chef position. I have one week left at the restaurant, then back to school. We’ll see if I’ll finish the program or not, depends on what the cooking in school will be like.

Bought a Le Creuset mini cocotte to gf for Christmas, among other things.
Today she decided to buy one for her brother’s gf… and of course she likes the color I bought for her the least. 😂
